Marie José Dhaese provides consultation services for therapists requiring support or assistance with their client cases. Consultations can include discussions, showing images and viewing video recordings of client sessions whenever possible.
Areas of specialty include:
- Attachment issues
- Abuse and traumas of all types
- Loss
- Transference and counter-transference
- Self-care issues
- Consultation for supervisors
- Mentoring for those interested in using Holistic Expressive Therapy
Marie José is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor with the Association for Play Therapy (U.S.), and a Certified Play Therapist Supervisor with the Canadian Association for Play Therapy and the BC Play Therapy Association. Supervision time with Marie José can count towards the number of supervised hours necessary to obtain registration or certification with either of these professional associations.
Rates
- Individual consultation at the Centre or remotely: CAD$180.00 per hour (includes GST)
- Consultation for 2 at the Centre: CAD$95.00 per hour per person (includes GST)
- Consultation for 3 – 4 at the Centre: CAD$80.00 per hour per person (includes GST)
The rates for small group seminars offered upon request are the same as consultation rates.
The Centre for Expressive Therapy is accredited by the Association for Play Therapy (Provider #95-010), the BC Play Therapy Association (Provider #18-01), and the Canadian Association for Play Therapy (Provider #09-102).
